ASC (Autism/Asperger's) Assessment - please contact Dr Kim Freeman as these are carried out jointly, on dr.kmfreeman@gmail.com

Fees will need to be paid in advance by BACS transfer.

If you are using health insurance please email your membership and authorisation numbers beforehand. Please check cover with your insurance company prior to booking your appointment as you may be required to cover excess costs or may not be covered.

Cancellations must be made with at least 2 working days' notice or the full fee will be charged.
